Summit County Weekend

I finished up my spring break with a weekend up at Keystone and a day of skiing at Breckenridge. Above are a few pictures from the trip. It was a beautiful spring day in Summit County with a nice week of snow storms providing some nice cold white stuff to float around on.

Microsoft Hits Apple Where It Hurts...

I think that computer manufactures should give you the choice of what OS you get when buying a new PC*, and I don't mean which version of Windows or Mac OS. That way people will have a price tag associated with the OS they choose, giving more insight to what they're buying. When you're shelling out ~$1000+ dollars for a new computer, as much as 20% of the cost is the price you're paying for the operating system. Just think, if you could chose a Linux distribution and get an immediate 20% discount on your next computer purchase... That would be nice.


* I use the term 'PC' to describe any personal computer regardless of the operating system running on the machine.
